Ingredients
  • Funchoza (rice noodles): 100 grams
  • Carrots: 100 grams
  • Fresh cucumbers: 100 grams
  • Bell pepper : 50 grams
  • Garlic: 3 cloves
  • Vinegar: 3 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce: 3 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp.
  • Salt: to taste
Instructions
1. Pour boiling water over the funchoza for five minutes and add salt. Then rinse the noodles in cold water.

2. Clean and rinse the vegetables. Slice the pepper, carrot and cucumber into thin straws, and finely chop the garlic.

3. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and saute carrots with peppers, cucumber, adding salt and pepper. At the end add garlic for flavor and taste. When the vegetables are soft, remove the pan from the heat.

4. Combine in a separate container the funchoza and vegetables and mix thoroughly. Add vinegar and soy sauce to taste.
