Ingredients
  • Mushrooms: 100 g I prefer champignons
  • Onions: 2 average
  • Wheat flour: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream: 50 ml
  • Hard cheese: 50 g (mature cheddar, gruyère or comté)
  • Salt and ground black pepper: to taste
Instructions
1 Chop onion and mushrooms, fry with salt and pepper in butter. Add the flour and stir.
2 Spread the mushroom mixture into molds, pour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
