Satay Sticks Recipe
These vegetarian tofu satay sticks have a superb flavour. Serve these topped or along with the peanut sauce.

Instructions For Satay Sticks
1. In a large bowl, combine the tofu, baby corn, capsicum and the prepared marinade and toss well.
2. Arrange a piece of tofu, capsicum and baby corn on a toothpick. Repeat for the remaining vegetables (to make approximately 15 sticks).
3. Heat the oil on a griddle (or tava if you’ve got one) and sauté the satay sticks on all sides till the vegetables brown lightly (approximately 4 to 5 minutes).
4. Serve hot with the peanut sauce.
Instructions For Peanut Sauce
1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan with ½ cup of water. Mix well.
2. Bring the sauce to a boil. Remove and serve with satay sticks.
