Ingredients
  • Vegetable stock: 4½ cups
  • Mushrooms, sliced: ¾ cup
  • Carrots, sliced: ½ cup
  • Whole spinach leaves: 10 to 12
  • Sesame (til) oil: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Soy sauce: to taste
Instructions
1 Put the stock to boil in a large pan.
2 Add the mushrooms and carrots and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
3 Add the spinach leaves and salt and boil for a few more seconds.
4 Trickle the oil on top.
5 Serve hot with chillies in vinegar.
