Ingredients
  • Chopped mint leaves: 2 cups
  • Chopped coriander: 1 cup
  • Sliced onions: Sliced onions ¾ cup
  • Lemon juice: 1 to 2 lemons
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Sugar (optional): 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilies: 2-3
  • Salt: to taste
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients

1. Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in a blender using very little water. Avoid blending too much. If you mix the mint leaves too much, they can release oils and become bitter.

2. Add the mint chutney to the yogurt.

If you do not consume dairy products, use water instead of yogurt or plant milk.
