Homemade Spinach Soup Recipe
Spinach is an excellent source of potassium and many other essential nutrients. Consuming potassium-rich meals, like spinach soup, may be helpful in reducing blood pressure.

Instructions
1. Cook the spinach and onion in 1/2 teacup of water until soft.
2. Add the milk and blend in a mixer. Strain.
3. Add the salt and pepper.
4. Serve hot. I love this soup with garlic bread or croutons
