Homemade Creamy Cauliflower Soup Recipe
A veritable vitamin treasury, cauliflower soup is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, and calcium. These nutrient-rich vitamins and minerals are hydrating and nourishing your body.

Instructions
1. Put the cauliflower, milk and 3 teacups of water in a vessel and put to boil.
2. Blend everything in a blender until creamy.
3. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1/2 minute.
4. Add the cauliflower and liquid and boil for 5 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Serve hot. If you like, top with chopped parsley.
