Homemade Creamy Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cauliflower: 250 grams
  • Chopped onion: 1
  • Milk or cream: 3 cups
  • Butter: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions

1. Put the cauliflower, milk and 3 teacups of water in a vessel and put to boil.

2. Blend everything in a blender until creamy.

3. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1/2 minute.

4. Add the cauliflower and liquid and boil for 5 minutes.

5. Add salt and pepper.

6. Serve hot. If you like, top with chopped parsley.
