White preparing pickles,you should use vegetables which are neither too raw or overripe. wash and dry all utensils and the ingredients. containers,ingredients, spoons and ladles should also be perfectly dry. while mixing oil, spices perfectly dry. while mixing oil,spices and other ingredients, use only wooden spoons or ladles. Salt crystals should be dried and powdered to be used for pickles, instead of the iodised or table salt. |
