Ingredients for making Carrot Paneer Toast Recipe

3 brown bread slices
1 teacup grated carrot
50 grams grated paneer
1 tablespoon finely chopped tomato
1/4 teaspoon chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon butter
salt to taste

Method for making Carrot Paneer Toast Recipe

1.

Toasts the bread slices.

2.

Mix the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chilli, coriander, butter and salt. Divide into three.

3.

Place one portion of the mixture on each toast. Heat in an oven for a few minutes.

4.

Serve hot.
