Ingredients for making Sopa De Milho Verde (Green Corn Soup)

3 teacups cooked sweet corn
1 1/2 teacups milk
1 teacup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons plain flour (maida)
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare Sopa De Milho Verde (Green Corn Soup)

1. Put the corn, milk and green onions in a mixer and blend into a smooth puree.

2. Heat the butter and fry the flour for 1/2 minute.

3. Add the corn mixture, 2 cups of water and salt and pepper and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

4. Serve hot.
